Istex Plötulopi

Plötulopi is an Icelandic single-ply woolen yarn, which is used to make traditional Icelandic Lopi sweaters. The yarn itself is very delicate, but thanks to its long fibers it makes a warm, soft and durable woolen knit. Plötulopi can be knitted held single, double or even triple. The yarn is also excellent for felting and spinning.

Cake size: 100g/300m

Gauge when knitting in single strand: 19 s = 10 cm, needle size 4 - 4.5 mm
Gauge when knitting with two strands: 14 s = 10 cm, needle size 5 - 5.5 mm

Care: Hand wash cold, dry flat
