Shipping policy

Orders are usually mailed within 1-3 business days after placing the order. If one of the items in the order is out of stock, we will contact you. If the order has pre-ordered products, we will deliver all the products at once.
Upon delivery, you will receive an electronic receipt to your email.

The delivery time depends on the transport company and your location.

We currently ship to the following countries: Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Austria. Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Because of BREXIT, webstore UK orders are disabled at the momentIf you wish to place an order, please note that you need to do it by email and the order total has to be over £135 (approximately 158€) not including VAT. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia - 10,90 € incl. VAT 24% (Posti)

EU zone (Austria. Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden)  - 15 € incl. VAT 24% (UPS Standard, orders up to 2 kg, delivered to the nearest UPS pick-up point)

All international customers are responsible for your country's customs fees and duties.

Customs forms are filled out in accordance with Finnish and international law to accurately reflect value and contents of the package.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment and return costs. Also if the order cannot be delivered because of your country's customs policy and therefore returned, we will not refund you the costs for shipping and returning the parcel.
