  • How quickly will you ship my order?

We try to send out orders on the same or next business day, usually within 1- 3 business days. If some unexpected delay occurs during the process, we will be in touch with you with the updated information.

 

  • Can I pick up my online order from the store?

Of course! After ordering, we will send you a message when your order is available for pickup. You can pick up your order at our store at Karhunkatu 17, 48600 Kotka. The shop is open only on a prior agreement.

 

  • Do you ship abroad?

Sure! At the moment we ship to the following countries: Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Austria. Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Because of Brexit and new tax law, UK orders are possible under special conditions and only via email.

  • I did not receive a delivery confirmation for my order, what should I do?

Are you sure you entered your email address correctly? Delivery confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. Remember to also check your spam folder. Delivery confirmation is sent automatically from a successful order. If you can't find the order confirmation, please contact us.

 

  • Where do Kettu Yarns come from?

Kettu Yarns bases come from all over the world, but all of them are hand-dyed here in Kotka in our own dye studio. We only choose the best and ethically produced yarns for you. Merino yarns come from Peru, wool bases arrive from Germany and Britain. We also offer a small selection of local Finnish wool yarns.

 

  • I ran out of yarn, what do I do?

Ask us about yarn availability. If you have kept the yarn label, you can find the dye lot number on it. Based on that, we can check if the same batch is still available.

 

  • I forgot to add the product to my order. Can you combine orders?

If the previous order has not yet been sent out, we can combine the orders for you. When placing a second order, select Local Pickup as the delivery method and mention combining the orders in the comment field.
