The prices at the webstore are in euros and include Finnish VAT (24%).
Customers from outside of the EU will see the prices without Finnish VAT (if location is enabled).
We try to provide accurate product description and information. If you have additional questions, please contact us or look for manufacturer’s instructions.
We aim to take realistic product photoes that would represent the colors accurately. Please note that the colors may look differently on different devices and depend on your screen settings.
Lots of our yarns are hand dyed, so there might be variation between individual skeins and lots.

Delivery costs are automatically added to your order and displayed at the checkout. We offer flat rate delivery:
Finland (parcel point/post outlet) – 6,90 €
EU countries – 12 €
Rest of the world – 17 €
Letter size shipments (thinner than 3 cm – knitting needles, stitch markers, etc.):
Finland – 3 €,
EU countries – 4,60 €,
rest of the world – 6,50 €.
Pickup from the studio in Kotka – 0 €.
Free shipping for over 80 € orders applies only for orders that are shipped within Finland.
We aim to dispatch orders in the shortest possible time. We process and ship nearly all orders within 1 business day (often the same day). Delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee.
Orders will be shipped by the Finnish post service Posti as a Priority Letter. Letters are delivered to the recipient on a standard delivery round; no signature required. Non trackable.
Max order weight is 2 kg. If you want to order more than 2 kgs, please make two orders, because the shipping method is not available for orders over 2 kg.

Rest of Europe: 8–16 business days
Rest of the world: major cities starting from 12 business days; other destinations: no estimate
The time required by potential customs procedures is not included in the estimated delivery speed.
All international customers are responsible for your country’s customs fees and duties. Customs forms are filled out in accordance with Finnish and international law to accurately reflect value and contents of the package.
Shipping fees are non-refundable should the package be refused for any reason.
After receipt by Finnish Post, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your package, please contact us to resolve the issue. Be aware that between shipping and customs, parcels to the USA, Russia, Australia and other further locations may occasionally take up to a month to arrive.
We ship to the address on your order. Please make sure this is correct during checkout.
If you have a problem with your order, please contact us. When cancelling your order after you have received the parcel, you must provide a written notification of cancellation by email and return the goods in the original package or other suitable package with the copy of the order confirmation. The goods must be returned within 14 days after providing the notification of cancellation. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, and we are not responsible if the parcel gets lost. We will provide a full refund on the price paid for the goods and the original delivery charge without undue delay and latest after 14 days after you have given us the information needed for the refund, provided that we may make a deduction from the refund for the loss in value of any goods if caused by unnecessary or excessive handling by you.
